Context

The Challenge

Students in rural and government schools often have limited access to professional mentorship, structured career assessments, and exposure to contemporary industries and career pathways.

As a result, many students make decisions based on narrow local visibility or family expectations, which can lead to mismatched stream selection, weak confidence, and constrained future opportunities.

Response

Our Approach

Moinee Foundation responds through interactive guidance workshops for students in Classes 8–12, focusing on self-awareness, informed decision-making, and pathway exploration.

By introducing stream awareness across Science, Commerce, Arts, and emerging opportunities, alongside teacher-supported facilitation, the program helps students navigate viable academic and professional choices with greater clarity.
